Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as the point of contact between the Plant Head and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate the Plant Heads daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Organize and prepare for plant review meetings, conferences, and management visits.
Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action trackers.
Collect, compile, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports from all departments.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for review meetings.
Follow up on pending tasks, action points, and project deliverables with department heads.
Draft and review correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the Plant Head.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information.
Support documentation for audits, compliance, and internal reviews.
Coordinate with different functional heads to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Monitor progress on key projects, cost optimization initiatives, and plant KPIs.
Handle office administration for the Plant Head’s office including records management and filing.
Liaise with vendors, government bodies, and visitors as required.
Ensure timely communication and coordination between plant management and HO teams.
