The Executive Assistant to the Principal will provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the school leadership office. The role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between the Principal and staff, parents, vendors, and external agencies
* Manage the Principals schedule, meetings, appointments, and calendar
* Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, emails, circulars, and reports
* Maintain records, files, and documentation related to academics and administration
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-ups
* Assist in planning and execution of school events, inspections, and official visits
* Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
* Support administrative tasks as assigned by the Principal
* Any Graduate (mandatory)
* 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
* Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic school environment.
