Responsible for the installation of fuel systems while maintaining high safety standards and ensuring zero leaks. Actively participate in discussions with the Program Coordinator for weekly work planning in alignment with the overall project schedule. Provide daily progress updates to the Program Coordinator. Measure completed work and verify contractor bills for accuracy. Coordinate with QA/QC teams for material inspections. Planning, scheduling & Execution of electrical and instrumentation related activities for the projects such as Odorization skids, Industrial metering skids, compressor packages, Flair gas recovery unit, Vapour recovery unit, boiler feed pump skid, BWRO skids, Containerized Skid, Pressure vessels, separators etc. Customer communication for technical scope, project specs, documentation & potential issues. Support to Design team for E&I related activities. Generate P&ID for instrumentation connections. Review drawings for Junction boxes, Local Control Stations (LCS), starter panels, Instrumentation and Control (I&C) lists, control philosophies, alarm and trip lists, logic diagrams, and Instrument Index. P&ID and GAD depth knowledge, considering experience on continuity testing, cable termination, cable scheduling, ferruling and such related activities of E&I work. Develop and review BOMs for cabling items required for skid cabling. Generate datasheets for various components such as transmitters, gauges, motors, electric heaters, and temperature elements. Project Document Review, Tubing, Instrumentation, Cabling etc. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Proficient in cable tray layout, Cable laying, cable scheduling, cable glanding, Ferruling, JB scheduling, P&ID verification, instruments installation as per hookup drawings. Handling SKID package FAT (Factory acceptance test) Conduct negotiations with third party contractors to determine the rate and terms of service. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering. 4-5 years of relevant experience skid assembly (Compressor, Odorization skid etc) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret engineering specifications. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other cross-functional team members.
