Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules across time zones.
Handle confidential correspondence, communication, and stakeholder interactions.
Coordinate domestic & international travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and meeting notes.
Track action items, manage partner projects, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Prior experience in
Consulting, Advisory, or Financial Services
