Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Company: Aska Equipments Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Delhi (New Rajender Nagar)

Reports To: Managing Director

Experience: 5–15 years in a similar EA role

Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Equipment / Electrical Solutions


ASKA Equipment’s Pvt. Ltd. is a leading and renowned manufacturer and marketing

organization in the disaster response equipment and fire & safety technologies industry.

Based in Delhi with manufacturing facilities in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, we specialize in

technologically advanced niche products, including fire, safety, and lighting equipment.

Our client base spans government, industrial, and private sectors across India and

international markets.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support to MD

• Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external

stakeholders.

• Manage and maintain MD’s schedule – meetings, appointments, travel plans,

and events.

• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.

• Draft emails, reports, presentations, and other documents as directed.

• Monitor and manage incoming communications, prioritizing urgent and

important matters.

Follow-Up & Coordination

• Ensure timely follow-up on delegated tasks and projects with various

departments.

• Coordinate with department heads to provide updates and reports to the MD.

• Track deadlines, commitments, and responsibilities, ensuring nothing is missed.

• Maintain a task-tracker or dashboard for easy status visibility of ongoing

activities.


Office and Administrative Tasks

• Manage documentation, filing systems, and confidential records securely.

• Support MD in personal tasks when required, including event coordination,

hospitality arrangements, etc.

• Liaise with vendors, clients, and stakeholders for scheduled interactions with the

MD.

• Ensure the MD’s work environment is organized and conducive to productivity.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Business Administration or related field).

• 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar

role.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• High level of professionalism and discretion.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital

tools.

• Mature, trustworthy, and reliable.

• Able to handle personal and professional tasks with equal efficiency.

• Experience working with top management or promoters in a mid-sized

organization.
