Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, based in Noida. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing the MD's diary and schedule, facilitating effective communication, and coordinating daily operations. The role requires proactive planning, organizational excellence, and the ability to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support skills
Diary Management and schedule coordination skills
Strong Communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in office software and tools is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
