Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar and Travel Management (for Managing Directors): Managing calendar, scheduling calls, scheduling meetings, flight booking, hotel reservation, and cab booking. Planning a travel itinerary in consultation with the concerned member.
  2. Manage their T&E claims and organise India/US-related information for tax and compliance filings
  3. Coordinating the execution of contracts of Vendors and service providers
  4. Provide critical feedback to vendors on their services in the event of poor service.
  5. Single point of contact for flight booking, hotel reservations, and cab reservations
  6. Scheduling meetings and calls for them.
  7. Oversee the maintenance of the deal register by the investment team.
  8. Recording and drafting minutes of Internal Review Committee (IRC) meetings and the Investment Committee (IC) meetings. Draft minutes of previous meetings for which recordings are available. Coordinating and scheduling IRC/IC meetings
  9. Collate financial information for funds to support investor reporting, based on fund financials prepared by the Finance team.
  10. Transcribing meeting notes for MDs

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Help organise the capital raising plan with MDs. This includes maintaining a target list of potential investors and scheduling meetings at the most suitable time.
  2. Assist with deal sourcing and portfolio management planning. This will include prompting investment team members to follow up with potential startups and existing portfolio companies.
  3. Assist with planning the team's research work and scheduling, including follow-up tasks.
  4. Assist with the portfolio management plan, which includes noting key action items and coordinating with the team to ensure these items are completed on time.

HR and Admin Related Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate employee joining formalities (coordinating for email id setup, facilitating laptop setup, mobile connection, hotel booking, etc.)
  2. Coordinate facilities management (electricity, internet, water)
  3. Coordinate team get-togethers, off-sites and team meetings.
  4. Provide administrative support to the office
