Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (Female) based in Jaipur. The Executive Assistant will manage the MD’s schedule, coordinate client meetings, handle calls and communication, and support day-to-day operations. The role requires excellent communication, professionalism, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth executive functioning and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Engineering preferred
• 1–4 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar profile
• Preferred industry background: Elevator, Real Estate, Automobile, or Customer Service
• Strong communication, organizational & follow-up skills
• Presentable, confident, and proactive personality
• Must have a personal vehicle for travel and coordination
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
