Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, your role will involve managing and maintaining executives calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. You will be responsible for preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Screening incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and handling them as appropriate will also be part of your duties. Maintaining confidential files and records with a high degree of discretion and acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders will be essential. Additionally, you will need to track and assist with the completion of executive projects, deadlines, and deliverables, manage expense reporting, invoices, and budget tracking as needed, and support with personal tasks and ad hoc requests as necessary. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Freshers are preferred. - Strong Interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace). - High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.,
