Executive Assistant to General Manager

As an Executive Secretary at Fairmont Udaipur Palace, your role involves providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager. You will be responsible for managing the General Manager's diary, coordinating meetings, handling confidential matters, and ensuring the smooth running of office operations with minimum supervision. - Manage the General Manager's diary to coordinate meetings and appointments efficiently - Screen and handle telephone calls, appointments, mails, and emails, taking appropriate actions - Take minutes at the Executive Committee Meeting - Coordinate and communicate with various departments and staff as directed by the General Manager - Prepare and manage correspondences for the General Manager's signature - Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed travel files - Maintain up-to-date filing and tracing systems - Handle residents" special requests or complaints directed to the General Manager - Prepare monthly financial data reports - Maintain office functionality and cleanliness, ensuring adequate stock of office stationery - Uphold a high level of professionalism, projecting a positive image of the organization - Diploma education - Minimum 2-3 years of secretarial experience with at least 1 year serving at the senior management level - Excellent proficiency in English language (reading, writing, and oral) - Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Fairmont Udaipur Palace is committed to diversity and inclusion, aiming to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent within the organization.,
