To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager, along with strong proficiency in ClickUp, Gmail Workspace, CRM platforms, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, project management, and attention to detail skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Telugu and Gujarati is preferred but not mandatory.
