Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director
Location: Lalpur
Experience: Up to 5 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any Discipline)
Gender: Male / Female
Communication: Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills (Mandatory)

Salary- No BAR for right candidates

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage and maintain the Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and report preparation.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit emails, memos, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director.
  • Communication Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and pending correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination:
  • Organize, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points from meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism:
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive company information.
  • Exercise sound judgment in managing priorities and time-sensitive matters.
  • Document & Data Management:
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Maintain proper records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in monitoring progress of projects assigned by the Director.
  • Follow up with different departments or teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Travel & Expense Management:
  • Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and hotel bookings for the Director.
  • Prepare travel expense reports and manage reimbursements accurately and timely.
  • Liaison & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and external clients/partners.
  • Act as a representative of the Director when required.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure
  • Professional demeanor and proactive attitude
