Job Profile - Executive Assistant to Director (Male Candidates Only)
Experience 5-8 years of Hands-on experience as EA in Automotive industry.
Qualification/Education:-
Any Graduate from any reputed University/College
Skills and Responsibilities -
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents,
- Arrange Data from others department as required with time limit,
- Organise and co-ordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements,
- Maintain schedules and calendars,
- Arrange and confirm appointments,
- Organise internal and external events,
- Handling incoming mail and other material,
- Set up work process and maintain filing systems , maintain the database.
- Setting up of teams and zoom connections as well as in person meetings.
- Daily updates to Director regarding pending/outstanding issues.
Pleasent and bold personality and have passion to work
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of word, Excel, Power point etc.
Location - IMT Manesar, Gurgaon Haryana
Salary - Depends on the last CTC and interview
Working Days - 6 days working
