Manage and maintain executive calendars, meetings, and appointments 2. ⁠Handle confidential correspondence, communication, and document management 3. ⁠Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams related to furnishing projects 4. ⁠Assist in preparing presentations, sales reports, and client proposals 5. ⁠Conduct market research and compile information on competitors, trends, and vendors 6. ⁠Track and follow up on pending tasks and project deadlines on behalf of the executive 7. ⁠Manage travel plans, bookings, and event coordination 8. ⁠Support showroom/client meeting arrangements and maintain relevant documentation 9. ⁠Take minutes of meetings and distribute action items 10. ⁠Liaise with internal departments (design, procurement, accounts, etc.) to ensure alignments on priority 11. ⁠data management *Required Key Skills:* 1.
