Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in New Delhi. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, including managing expense reports, handling executive communication, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will also support the executive team with various tasks and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.

Conferro Connoisseurs Ventures (CCV) is the private family office of the Seth family — a unique institution that blends equity investments, angel funding, real estate, and startup incubation with a deep commitment to culture, heritage, and innovation. With ventures spanning art, collectibles, digital innovation, FMCG, and film production, CCV is redefining the idea of a modern family office: curating legacy while cultivating futures.

We are looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled Executive Assistant to support our Founder. This is a role that goes beyond conventional EA responsibilities — it requires intellectual agility, discretion, and a passion for enabling impact across diverse industries.

Role & Responsibilities

As the Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Provide strategic and administrative support to the Founder across business, cultural, and philanthropic ventures.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communication with precision and discretion.
  • Support in research, presentations, and investor/partner engagement material.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across ventures.
  • Assist in project management for initiatives in start-ups, heritage, real estate, and cultural programming.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Be a trusted gatekeeper, liaison, and sounding board for the Founder.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3–7 years in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations role.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication (written & verbal), organizational excellence, and comfort with digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, project management platforms).
  • Personality: Discreet, resourceful, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask across diverse domains.
  • Edge: Exposure to family offices, start-ups, VC/PE firms, cultural organizations, or creative industries will be an added advantage.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree. Specialization in Business, Communication, or Humanities preferred.
