About the Role

S Sony is looking for a Female Executive Assistant (Fresher) to provide administrative and communication support to the Director. The role requires strong communication skills and a professional attitude, as the candidate will interact with clients on behalf of the Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact between the Director and clients
• Handle professional communication (calls, emails, coordination) on behalf of the Director
• Assist the Director with daily administrative and office-related tasks
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Be available to work on a Sunday once in 4–5 months, if required
• Travel once in a year with the Director, if required

Eligibility Criteria

• Only Female candidates
• Freshers only
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, well-organized, and presentable personality
• Willingness to accept the mentioned working days, timings, and occasional travel

Work Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Hauz Khas

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
