Hiring for Merchandiser - Handicrafts & Hard Goods About the Role We are hiring a Merchandiser with expertise in handicrafts and hard goods made from metal, wood, marble, felt, ceramic, and lakh . The role involves managing home décor, kitchenware, tabletop, and seasonal products (Christmas, Halloween, Valentine’s, Fall) for international buyers. You will handle the complete merchandising cycle, from product development and costing to production follow-ups and final shipments cycles for international markets. Key Responsibilities Act as the link between buyers and internal teams (design, production, quality). Manage product development, sampling, costing, and order execution. Coordinate with design teams to develop new products based on trends and buyer requirements. Handle buyer communication, feedback, and approvals. Negotiate costs, prepare costing sheets, and ensure timely deliveries. Follow up on production, packaging, dispatch, and quality control. Maintain records of samples, orders, and shipment schedules. Responsibilities Research global trends, colors, and materials relevant to handicrafts & hard goods. Develop product concepts, sketches, CAD/3D visuals, and mood boards.
