Executive Assistant to Chief Financial Officer

As an Executive Assistant to the Head of Finance in Chandigarh (Work from Office), you will be responsible for: - Managing calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules. - Drafting minutes of meetings and ensuring timely follow-ups. - Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. - Providing day-to-day administrative and business support to the Head of Finance. - Assisting with basic finance/business-related tasks when required. Qualifications required for this role are: - Graduate/Postgraduate in B. Com, M. Com, MBA, BBA, or BA (Economics/Business Studies) with basic knowledge of finance/business. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Quick learner with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. - Flexible with working hours and occasional travel. - Presentable, professional, and adaptable personality.
