Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the executive team and external

contacts.

Managing executives calendars and set up meetings.
Support the CEO in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision

making as required.

Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
Organizing Weekly EM and monthly HODs meetings and booking meeting rooms.
Making minutes of meeting, distribution to the concern person along with follow up and

timely execution for the same and keeping record of points discussed

Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries with roadmaps
Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently.
Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming

commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Responsible for Director’s company’s & personal credit cards bills along with other

utilities timely payment and reimbursement.

Managing travel itinerary for MD including Passport/ VISA and ticketing for Domestic/

International for business/ leisure tours

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate from any recognized university/Institution
Business acumen & Strategic thinking
Strong team management, negotiation & persuasion skills
Should have 15 years satisfactory working experience.
