Job Description

The candidate is expected to work closely with the Director of the firm and is expected to manage his schedule, coordinate meetings and travel, handle communications, prepare documents, and act as a gatekeeper and liaison for senior executives. Key duties involve providing administrative and logistical support, conducting research, managing confidential information, and assisting with special projects, all while maintaining professionalism and discretion to ensure executives can focus on strategic goals.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Calendar and Schedule Management: Organizing and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and the Director’s calendar to optimize their time.

2. Communication Management: Screening and responding to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

3. Meeting and Event Coordination: Scheduling meetings, booking rooms, ordering catering, and preparing agendas or taking minutes.

4. Travel Arrangements: Planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, obtaining requisite visas, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.

5. Information and Document Management: Handling and organizing sensitive and confidential information, as well as managing filing systems.

6. Gatekeeping and Liaison: To act as the point of contact between Director and the key stakeholders by acting as a professional representative of the Director, to screen visitors and requests. To act as the point of contact for all internal team employees and put forth the requests / required approvals in front of the Director. Obtain data on a regular basis from Sales Representatives and present it to the Director for his review and analysis.

7. Special Projects: Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed by the executive.

*Required Skills and Qualifications*

1. Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

2. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with various individuals. Should be proficient in English and Hindi

3. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Candidate should have a reasonable speed or typing.

4. Discretion and Confidentiality: The ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

5. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

6. Detail-Orientation: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks

Note: Gender Preference - Male

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
