E-Commerce Executive

Position Overview

Nostrum Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketplace Manager to lead and optimize our e-commerce marketplace operations. The ideal candidate must have 7–8 years of experience, preferably in the fashion industry, with a proven track record of driving marketplace growth and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Strategy & Management

· Develop and execute marketplace strategies to boost sales, visibility, and brand presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.

· Identify and apply emerging marketplace trends to stay competitive.

2. Revenue Optimization

· Manage marketplace P&L to achieve revenue and sales targets.

· Plan and execute promotional campaigns while maintaining profitability.

3. Inventory & Pricing Management

· Oversee inventory planning and allocation to maintain availability without overstocking.

· Optimize pricing and discount strategies based on market and competitor analysis.

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

· Work closely with product, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

· Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers to negotiate better terms and explore new opportunities.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

· Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.

· Prepare performance reports and share insights with senior management.

6. Team Leadership

· Lead and mentor marketplace executives.

· Build a collaborative and target-driven work culture.

Qualifications

Experience:

· 7–8 years of marketplace management experience (fashion industry preferred).

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Skills:

· Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, tools, and best practices.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

· Proficiency with marketplace dashboards, Excel, and analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
