Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Manage the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and confidentiality. Assist in project management and coordination as needed. Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible. Conduct research and compile reports as directed by the executive. Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments or external stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
