Location: Only candidates living in Jaipur will be considered (Must live within 30 minutes of the office) Experience: 3–5 years Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month Type: Full-time, on-site. Are you known for your impeccable follow-ups, initiative, and ability to make things happen? We're looking for a Personal Assistant who’s more than just organised. This is not your average PA role. You’ll be the right hand to the CEO, managing both professional and personal tasks with confidentiality, grace, and effectiveness. What You’ll Be Doing Act as the CEO's voice — following up, delegating, and ensuring tasks are closed Maintain and manage task tracking, team coordination, and schedules Handle confidential emails, calendar planning, and communications Take complete charge of follow-ups with team members, vendors, and clients Manage personal tasks (bookings, errands, research, etc.) as needed Own and evolve operational efficiency across the MD’s workstream Gradually take over all execution, freeing the MD to focus on strategy What You Bring 1-3 years as an PA, Office Coordinator, or Admin for a CXO or Director Outstanding follow-up and coordination skills — this is non-negotiable Strong grasp of MS Office (Excel & Word) Excellent spoken and written English Comfortable handling both office and personal work for the CEO Calm, resilient, and able to manage demanding or senior stakeholders What Success Looks Like You're respected as the CEO's trusted extension The team sees you as a powerful connector who gets things done You’ve taken over operations and day-to-day execution in 60 days Nothing falls through the cracks — because your follow-ups are legendary Interested candidates can send their resumes to mitali.mandal@learn2read.co
