Job Summary:
This individual will ensure seamless coordination between departments, oversee MIS functions, and support high-level approvals and follow-ups. The ideal candidate is smart, articulate, and presentable, with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of executive business protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support to MD:
Manage the MD's ERP account for approvals, monitoring, and reporting. Assist in executive decision-making by providing timely and accurate MIS reports. Serve as the communication bridge between the MD and government departments.MIS & Data Management:
Maintain up-to-date Management Information Systems and dashboards. Generate actionable reports and summaries for review and planning. Monitor departmental progress and flag deviations to the MD.Interdepartmental Coordination:
Follow up with department heads and team members on directives issued by the MD. Ensure timely responses and updates for all high-level follow-up actions.Representation & Conduct:
Represent the MD and company professionally in all internal and external interactions. Uphold high standards of manners, etiquette, and corporate behavior. Maintain a polished and well-groomed presence at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in executive support, MIS, or managerial coordination roles is required.Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field from a reputable institution. Additional certifications in MIS or ERP systems are a plus.Technical Skills:
- Proficient in NWAY ERP or similar enterprise resource planning software.
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MIS tools.
- Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret complex data and reports for senior management.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is a plus).
- Confident and articulate, with the ability to interact with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in professional email drafting, formal communication, and executive correspondence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to government compliance processes, documentation, and meeting coordination with government officials.
- Hands-on experience working directly with Government Departmentsincluding liaison, follow-ups, official communication, and document handling—is mandatory.
- Prior experience handling responsibilities on behalf of senior management or MD-level executives.
