Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Plus Point Buildsware Pvt. Ltd., located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in various strategic initiatives and high-impact projects. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, agendas, and strategic priorities, acting as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, preparing business reports for board meetings, and supporting in strategic planning and project tracking across divisions. You will be expected to attend leadership meetings, drive action items, coordinate travel schedules, and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will also involve handling confidential information with discretion, monitoring industry trends, and assisting in high-level decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR and Business Heads on organization initiatives, operations, and leadership enablement. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives or in Chief of Staff roles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational abilities are essential. You should be a strategic thinker with a high degree of ownership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Management Tools, and digital productivity tools is required, along with a solid understanding of strategic growth levers.
