Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for an Executive Assistant at Pataaree Studios Pvt Ltd. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and organizing administrative tasks, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring smooth operations for executive-level activities.

Qualifications:

Salary Range: Maximum Budget for the Role is 35000/- PM

• Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Strong follow-up skills and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in handling Expense Reports
• Executive Support capabilities
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
