Role Description

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing crucial executive and administrative support while ensuring smooth daily operations. This full-time hybrid role, based in Bengaluru, combines home-based work with some for on location tasks. Responsibilities include managing executive calendars, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling communications. The ideal candidate will support executives in maintaining efficiency and organization across various functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
• Experience in preparing and managing Reports, PPTs
• Strong skills in Communication and Administrative Assistance
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, multitask, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, G Suite, etc)
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred
• Design capabilities in Canva is ad added bonus
• Any Bachelor's degree
