Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Hamirpur for an Executive/Assistant Manager in Internal Audit at Amber Group. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to analyzing internal controls, financial audits, accounting processes, and financial management. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Internal Controls expertise Finance and Accounting background Experience in conducting Financial Audits Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER INTERNAL AUDIT Qualification :Any Graduate Post Graduate with 1-4 years of experience Location: Gurugram Key Requirements; • Conduct the full audit cycle, assessing risk management, operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and regulatory compliance. • Develop and implement risk-based internal audit scopes, finalizing quarterly and annual audit plans. • Analyze and evaluate financial documentation and data to ensure alignment with company standards and policies. • Perform periodic audits of processes, focusing on Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and overall control efficacy. . ldentify process weaknesses and recommend measures for risk aversion. including controls on revenue, access, and segregation of duties.• Maintain open communication with management and stakeholders documenting audit findings and following up on corrective actions.
