Job Description

    • Lead Commercial function comprising of Raw material/Packing Material/Finished Goods (Domestic & Export)/Engg Stores.

    • Ensure high engagement of team (Direct & Indirect repartees), identify their training needs and work closely with HR for their training and development.

    • Drive SLOB (NCM, Non-Moving/ Slow moving stocks) reduction by monitoring & analysing inventory regularly and in coordination with various stakeholders i.e., Mktg, Supply Planning, Procurement, R&D, QA & Production etc.

    • Drive Safety, quality, Cost Savings & productivity/efficiency improvement project in Commercial.

    • Establish time bound compliance systems for Statutory, legal & regulatory compliances.

    • Evaluation and review of Internal controls for Inventory accuracy. Monthly stock counts, FIFO for inhouse & Job Site stock.

    • Involve in all 5S, Kaizen, Poka-yoke, and other improvement activities in driving the TQM Culture in the Warehouse/commercial function effectively.

    • SAP Knowledge mandatory (MM & SD module) & Warehouse management system.

    • Prepare MIS and statistics regularly and share with relevant stakeholders.

    • Co-ordinate with Packaging Development Team for Palletization Patterns and Container Load.

    • Having knowledge and Experience in day-to-day activities of Export Dispatches and managing Export Loading and Documentation.

    • Co-ordinate with production, planner, Logistics, and other concerned department for smooth Daily export Dispatches.

    • Manage Inter-Unit transactions, documentations, GRNs as per procedures.

    • Ensure preparation & circulation of Daily Export Report and monthly Detention & TAT Report along with Inbound vehicle reports.

    • Drive Safety Culture within department.

    • Ensure invoices/Bill processing of transportation, other contributors through Systems.

    • Co-ordination with central planning team for resolving any matter related with Head Office

    • Providing monthly provisions to costing team for all the services of commercial department.

    • Problem solving and resource management for smooth functioning of dept.

    • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SAP
