Position Name - Executive iCreate Support

Brief Role Description -Ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are delivered according to specifications/guidelines on admin approvals and external requests

Job Roles & Responsibilities -

As an iCREATE (A Web Portal) Support Executive team member you will be responsible for monitoring an out of SLA iCREATE changes for (Draft, Initiate, Compile, Evaluate, Approve & Transact phases) based on the pending list and other admin related task around iCREATE dashboard. You will be working in a team to facilitate communication between the iCREATE team and stakeholders and maintain the SLAS required for each business unit. Continual improvement of the response process between iCREATE team and stakeholders. The role requires a basic knowledge of iCREATE and the workflow and all associated training will be provided. This position does not require specialised technical or engineering skills. However, you must be computer literate to enable you to navigate iCREATE and other related tools. You should have knowledge on change management. You will be ready to work in flexible timeframes as per business requirement and match JLR UK working hours.

Key Activities

  • You must identify (and record) the correct contact/person from each stakeholder who can provide this critical information you will need their name and email address. In order to find this information, you may need to speak to various internal stakeholders or different people at the iCREATE
  • From the excel file shared, identify the stakeholders that must be contacted by Teams (APP) to ensure the stakeholders is committed to completing the necessary sustainability questionnaires or completing the sustainability related activity they have been engaged in iCREATE
  • Contact stakeholders by Teams chat or call whose action is waiting for iCREATE to progress in next level
  • Where contact information shared is not correct, then contact must be made with the Lead Engineer to get the correct information needed
  • Support in escalations where needed where stakeholders are not positively engaging to the iCREATE progress
  • Supporting the conflict minerals activity chasing stakeholders who have not responded within the iCREATE tool
  • • Maintaining appropriate records to capture the relevant status of stakeholders that are being chased
  • • Support in approval to move changes from one phase to another and work on iCREATE tool requests raised from engineers.
  • The position does not require specialised technical skills, as work instructions are available, and training will be given. You must be computer literate and the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders is key.

Essential & Desirable Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills i.e. what are the 'must haves' for this role-

Functional Knowledge of Skills - iCreate, Engineering Release, P2P-AP

Leadership Behavior - Client Management, Stakeholder Management & effective Communication.

Educational Qualification - BE Mechanical Engineering/Any Graduate with Relevant Experience of Change Management

Technical Skill required - Basic Knowledge on Tableau, Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Software Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) & Google Chrome

Language Proficiency - Excellent communication skills both English written and spoken is a must
