About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar & Scheduling

    : Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate internal and external meetings, and ensure the Founder/CEO’s time is optimized.
  • Communication

    : Draft and refine high-quality business correspondence, presentations, and reports; act as the first point of contact with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Meeting Support

    : Prepare agendas, join calls if needed, take minutes, and ensure action items are tracked and executed.
  • Travel & Logistics

    : Manage international travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion

    : Handle sensitive business and personal information with professionalism.
  • Task & Project Support

    : Track key projects, follow up on deadlines, and support the Founder/CEO in driving strategic initiatives.
  • Problem Solving

    : Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively offer solutions.


Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a senior administrative role.
  • Fluent, polished, and professional communication skills

     (verbal & written English).
  • Proven ability to manage executives’ time and priorities effectively in a remote environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, Zoom, Slack, and other productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work fully remote in alignment with US time zones.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or international exposure is a plus.


Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting C-level executives in global or high-growth companies.
  • Prior exposure to US clients or international business operations.
