Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities: 1. Executive Assistant Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and internal/external communication with all stake holders. Prepare agendas, attend key meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on actionable items. Coordinate internal departments, clients, and stakeholders. 2. MIS & Reporting Responsibilities: Gather, compile, and analyze business data from departments Projects. Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and management reports. Provide data-driven insights and reports to support strategic decisions. Automate data collection and reporting processes using Excel, PPT, Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar tools. Maintain documentation, reports repository, and version control. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, or a related field, or similar qualification/ education 3–6 years of relevant experience in executive support and/or MIS reporting with exposure to mining operations. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with BI tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion and professionalism. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
