Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Bawal. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. Daily tasks include scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining communication lines for the executives. The role will also involve organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in managing Expense Reports
• Executive Support skills and excellent Communication abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
