The ideal candidate will efficiently manage front desk operations while supporting internal teams and upholding the brand’s values, professionalism, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners in a warm, professional, and brand-appropriate manner Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or individual Maintain the reception area to reflect Jaipur Kurti’s brand aesthetics—clean, organized, and presentable at all times Manage visitor entry by maintaining visitor logs and issuing passes Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings to ensure smooth and timely meetings Support HR and Admin teams with interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and basic onboarding assistance when required Act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, addressing general queries, providing information, and offering directions Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-groomed, professional appearance with a pleasant personality and positive attitude Working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Language Requirements English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Experience: Receptionist : 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Required) Work Location: In person
