Executive Assistant in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Manage meetings, appointments, and daily schedules; send reminders and optimize the director’s time
• Draft and respond to professional emails and WhatsApp messages; coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups; maintain task lists, update sheets, and trackers
• Prepare meeting notes, reports, and documents; organize files on Google Drive and maintain data hygiene
• Assist in organizing online/offline events, sessions, or webinars; coordinate logistics, attendance, and session materials
• Handle sensitive data with discretion and represent the director with integrity and professionalism
  

Requirements

• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Show familiarity with Google Workspace tools including Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
• Work independently and consistently follow through on tasks
• Have prior experience in admin, coordination, or executive assistant roles
• Show interest in education, parenting, or social impact
