Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, and presentations.
• Act as the first point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Project & Workflow Management
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Organize and document meetings, minutes, and action items.
• Assist in managing deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Data & Reporting
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentations.
• Track and maintain records related to performance indicators and projects.
