Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and well-organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a reputed Architecture & Interior Design firm based in Noida Sector 30. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Handle internal and external communications on behalf of executives
• Assist in project tracking and follow-ups
• Coordinate travel, events, and logistics as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely execution of tasks
• Act as a point of contact between management and other departments

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in design/creative industries will be an added advantage
