Job Description

Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and event logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Track team tasks and follow up on deadlines.
  • Support data updates, donor communication, and campaign analysis.
  • Maintain accurate documents and coordinate training needs.

Decision-Making

  • Prioritizes daily tasks, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Makes routine administrative decisions independently.
  • Updates timelines, trackers, and drafts documents before review.

Key Contacts

  • External: Clients, sponsors, event partners (with FRD guidance).
  • Internal: FRD, fundraising team, admin/office support, data insights team.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow up effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Other

  • May require travel and working in basic field conditions.
  • No direct reports or budget responsibility; responsible for safe handling of important materials.
