Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of responsibilities including providing administrative support to executives, managing scheduling and calendars, preparing expense reports, and organizing meetings and correspondence. Additionally, the role involves maintaining efficient communication channels and effectively handling confidential information.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support organizational operations.
Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and providing high-quality Executive Support.
Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in providing executive-level support is an advantage.
