Job Description

Location: Kasna, Greater Noida, India

CTC: up to 6 LPA

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a strong administrative background in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive administrative support directly to the Managing Director, handling a variety of assigned tasks.
Facilitate seamless communication and information flow by following up with various departments and circulating essential updates.
Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings, ensuring all appointments are accurately added to calendars.
Handle all aspects of travel management for the director(s).
Oversee general office administration tasks across different departments, with occasional personal tasks for the MD.

What You'll Bring:

3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Secretary supporting a Managing Director or senior leadership.
Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and MS Word.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, with strong follow-up skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with shorthand is required.
A degree from a secretarial college is essential.
