At Dermatouch, we thrive on smart operations and seamless execution. We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented MBA student to join as an Executive Assistant - someone who’s organized, proactive, and ready to keep our teams running like clockwork.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the right hand of our leadership team - managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in strategic planning and organizing tasks to support team goals.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and documents to support decision-making.
• Keep records, files, and data organized and accessible.
• Take ownership of tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Who You Are:

• A fresher or professional with 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication platforms.
• Detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping things structured and efficient.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
