Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence and communication via

    MS Outlook

    , ensuring timely follow-up and professional responses.
  • Prepare presentations and reports using

    MS PowerPoint

    and other MS Office tools.
  • Manage documentation and approvals through

    DocuSign

    and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate domestic and international

    travel arrangements

    , including itineraries, accommodations, and expense tracking.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics, materials, and communication are in place.
  • Provide

    virtual assistance

    and support during online meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Support other administrative functions and special projects as assigned.

Mandatory Skills:

  • MS Outlook

    (email and calendar management)
  • MS PowerPoint

    (presentation creation and formatting)
  • Documentation management

  • DocuSign

    (electronic signatures and document workflows)
  • Travel coordination and itinerary management

  • Meeting scheduling and coordination

  • Virtual assistance and online meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or related field).
  • Minimum

    3+ years

    of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
