Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in Kakori. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and executive support, which includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling communications. Additional tasks include generating expense reports, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
Executive Support and Expense Reports skills
Excellent Communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
