Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management:

    Manage the SVPs calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
  • Liaison with Chairperson’s Office:

    Coordinate closely with the Chairperson’s Office to align meetings, reviews, and other organizational priorities.
  • Media Coordination:

    Work with media representatives to schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between the SVP and external media.
  • Bills & Payments:

    Handle bills, invoices, reimbursements, and payment processing in line with company policies.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    Prepare departmental reports, dashboards, and presentations. Maintain relevant records and databases for smooth functioning.
  • Communication Management:

    Draft and manage correspondence, internal memos, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Meeting Support:

    Prepare meeting agendas, compile briefing material, track action items, and circulate minutes of meetings.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion:

    Maintain utmost confidentiality while handling sensitive information and supporting decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate degree (Business Administration/Commerce/Arts preferred).
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor, proactive mindset, and strong stakeholder management skills.
