Location: Mumbai | Pune | Bangalore

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Position Level: Lead / Senior Lead

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Executive Assistants for a leading MNC organization to provide virtual support to Senior Management teams based in the US, UK, and Europe
The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle global stakeholder communication, and the flexibility to work in rotational/night shifts

Key Responsibilities

Calendar scheduling, travel coordination, and expense management
Managing emails and calls with global stakeholders in a professional manner
Preparing and maintaining weekly/monthly MIS reports
Ensuring prioritization of tasks with administrative accuracy
Creating, updating, and managing operational documents
Supporting senior leaders with day-to-day virtual assistance requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with 4-6 years of experience as a Virtual/Executive Assistant
Excellent communication skills with strong professional email etiquette
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretionStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
