Executive assistant and AGM to CMD

General Manager cum EA (Executive Assistant) to C.M.D. Candidate should be full time MBA in Project Management / Business Management or any other relevant stream and must be having 5-6 years experience working under Managing Director or Director. Should have strong communication and presentation skill. 1. Functional Link for all the concerned persons to control the initiates taken by C.M.D. and make sure targets are delivered in agreed time. 2. Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget. 3. Collect evidences from all concerned persons (MARKETING, FINANCE, ACCOUNTS, PURCHASE, PROJECT SITES, HR etc. ) with respect to Data/report and submitting the same to C.M.D. 4. Creating Presentations and Financial Models to back the decision-making process with variance analysis, scenario analysis etc. 5. Should Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality in all business matters and all assigned tasks. 6. Should capable bridging business needs with technical solutions while managing project timelines and resources. 7. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. In addition to the above, person will also be responsible for satisfactorily completing any other work assigned by C.M.D. to meet the organizational goals. Candidate Profile 1.
