HYT machines are prevalent in Indian Railways, with 95% of the rolling stock turned on their Wheel Lathes and over 250 Wheel Lathes supplied. The company operates an ultra-modern facility of 16,000 square meters for design, manufacturing, and testing and is committed to providing economical solutions and turnkey services involving design, manufacturing, and after-sales maintenance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Sales & Marketing at HYT Engineering Company Pvt Ltd, located in Pune. The Senior Executive Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include market research, preparing sales reports, coordinating with other departments, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing roles, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team towards achieving sales goals
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
• Experience in the railway or infrastructure industry is a plus
