Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to Director located in Dera Bassi. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and offering executive support. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating schedules, handling communications, preparing reports, and assisting with administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in office software such as MS Office
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Business is preferred
