Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Indore. The Executive Assistant will manage and coordinate executive schedules, handle administrative responsibilities, assist with expense reporting, and provide executive-level support. The individual will act as a key point of communication for internally and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating productivity.

Salary Budget will be around 2.4 LPA CTC

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, Event Management and Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in creating and managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willing to Travel Within the city if needed as per the requirement
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in office tools like Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Experience in handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Must have own two-wheeler vehicle and driving license
