Hiring: Executive Assistant to the CEO


We are seeking a professional and experienced Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and follow-ups

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meeting (MOM), and action tracking

• Handle and filter email, WhatsApp, and other professional communication

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Organize documents, reports, presentations, and confidential information

• Support strategic initiatives, meetings, and leadership reviews

• Occasional travel with the CEO for meetings or business requirements


Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Calm, professional approach in high-pressure situations

• Strong ownership and follow-through mindset
